Here is a really rough draft of the basic layout of the new website. I have no idea what I'm doing. All I know is that I want it to be as simple as possible.

If you don't know anything about setting up a website, can I suggest you just use bloggers new views in an extra blog?
If you choose flipcard or mosaic it will show off your art beautifully. And you can add the different themes as pages in the top bar.
